This Friday, from 10PM-midnight, HUIT will perform a major upgrade to the Office 365 authentication engine (ADFS). This upgrade will change the look of the login pages, improve the overall security, provide additional fault tolerance and add several important product features.
User Impact: Users may be unable to view some app launcher tiles within Outlook on the web. More info: Affected tiles include SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Office Online. Exchange Online app launcher tiles are not affected by this issue. Users may go directly to SharePoint or OneDrive to access full App Launcher menu.
Now you can share your Office 365 Group's files, calendar, and messages with anyone who has a valid email address! Guest access works for any email account including corporate and consumer domains (such as Outlook.com or Gmail.com). If the guest email identity is associated with a Microsoft account (such as Office 365 or Outlook.com accounts, for instance), the user is directed to a sign-in page to identify themselves. If the guest doesn’t have a Microsoft account, they will be directed to a sign-up page to create an account. For more information please visit:
