In HUIT's O365 tenant we have set up "stub" accounts in Office 365 so that HBS email and contact information is visible in our Global Adress list. In addition, HBS has their own separate Office365 tenant. Because of these factors, there is some nuance in order fore HBS users to use a SharePoint site.

There are currently no tools available to provide data migration of content, and all SharePoint sites are considered new. It is the responsibility of the user or department to populate sites with their own content.
Yes, site owners on sites that have no HRCI data can now share items, documents and sites with external users. HRCI data can be shared with non-Harvard users who are POIs at Harvard and have their own HUIDs.
