This is not recommended. If the .pst file is less than 10GB and not connected to your mailbox, then you can store the file in OneDrive for Business for archival purposes. Keeping a regularly used .pst on OneDrive increases the chances for corruption.
The name ”forms” is reserved by Microsoft to support certain system-wide functions, and is not available as a folder name. You can choose to use other names like “forms templates” or “departmental forms” instead.
If you're looking to migrate personal or departmental data/files from your computer, Dropbox, Google Drive, Network Share/s to your OneDrive, SharePoint Site or Group there are 3 basic ways to move your data:
Drag and drop to OneDrive in your browser
Open in explorer view (Windows only) and drag and drop into your OneDrive folder
If you are a staff member, your Office 365 data is immediately deleted on the day you leave the University. If you don't see "SharePoint" or "OneDrive" listed in your places click "Add a Place"
Click either "Office 365 SharePoint" or "OneDrive" depending on the location of the desired file
If prompted to "Add a service" enter the username you use to log in to SharePoint then click "Next" and enter the password you use to log in to SharePoint, making sure "Keep me signed in" is checked on
In the column listing locations click on "Sites - Harvard University"
Your OneDrive files, including your shared OneDrive documents, will be deleted 123 days from the date your affiliation with the University ends. Once your affiliation with Harvard ends, you will no longer have access to your files. Any shared documents in your OneDrive will be available to those you have shared with for 30 days.
