Connecting Lync to Your New Mailbox

Use these instructions if your Lync client is having issues connecting to Office 365 Email & Calendar to update your status information and you see a "!" in your Lync client or Windows task bar.






  1. Click the dropdown arrow in the lower left corner of your Lync client to display notifications
  2. Click Exchange Connection Error to open the dialog box below 
  3. Click Install Now to download the Microsoft Online Services Sign-on Assistant
  4. Double-click on the downloaded file to launch and complete the Installation Wizard
