Outlook Online App Launcher Issue

User Impact: Users may be unable to view some app launcher tiles within Outlook on the web.
More info: Affected tiles include SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Office Online. Exchange Online app launcher tiles are not affected by this issue. Users may go directly to SharePoint or OneDrive to access full App Launcher menu.
